About us

Formed in 2022, Hibernia Retreats welcome both men and women, young and old to join us on our journey into the calming and spiritual world of Yoga. From Katonah to yin to Ayurvedic massages, we offer an eclectic assortment of yoga techniques and practices that can truly help you, whatever your goals may be. Our teachers have led communal glasses globally, therapeutic one on one sessions, workshops and even teacher training and are knowledgeable in everything wellness related.

Yoga Instructors

Molly Shao: Molly is a well rounded and multifaceted yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance, E-RYT 500 Hour Certified, Katonah Yoga® Teacher) She has created and cultivated her own unique 200 and 300 hour teacher trainings. You can find her Globally leading communal classes, therapeutic one on one sessions, workshops and teacher trainings. She describe her class: I teach as a way to give voice to the truth of our experience and existence.

Darren: Darren started practicing yoga five years ago when he had a back injury from weight training. Since then, Darren has been helping people strengthen their back muscles through Ashtanga Vinyasa Style. He also encourages students to find their own level and type of practice. He has recently started learning mindfulness techniques to implement in his practice classes.

Mayara Regio: While working in the corporate world, Mayara discovered her love for yoga. She completed her 100-hour teacher training and qualified in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. Since then, she has been practicing and teaching vinyasa and yin yoga style classes all around Ireland. Her focus is to develop a connection between mind, body and soul to increase wellness in life.
